Boro's Media Team have vacancies for the 2017/18 season offering experience to anyone seeking a career in the media industry.

Gosport Borough's Media Team has in recent years helped several people move on into full time careers in the industry. You could be next.

The team are recruiting for the 2017/18 season and looking for enthusiastic and self motivated people who are aiming to break into the industry.

Over recent seasons, several members of the team have gone on to attain full time positions in the media and develop their careers after using Gosport Borough as a starting point.

Dan Godfrey, once of the GBFC Media team, has joined Barnsley whilst several others have achieved success using their time at the club as a springboard and you could be next.

The club is looking to recruit the following for the new season;

  • A club photographer.
  • A club camera person who will be responsible for the filming of matches, editing the footage and producing highlights for the club's YouTube Channel.
  • A Twitter administrator who will be responsible for maintaining and running the club's official Twitter account.
  • A programme editor who will be responsible for putting together Boro's matchday programme.

These roles would ideally suit a media student, looking for practical experience as part of a friendly, fast moving team but all applications are welcomed.

The roles are unpaid but offers realisitc "on the job" experience that is seldom gained elsewhere with all media team members treated as professionals.
