Boro' are looking for volunteers to assist with completing urgent ground maintenance which must be concluded within three days.

Gosport Borough are running a working party from midday tomorrow (Friday) to meet certain ground grading criteria which the club have been told must be completed by Sunday evening.

The club were this afternoon informed that the work must be carried out before Monday morning and GBFC's Community Officer Becky Stares has hastily arranged a working party to start at Midday tomorrow (Friday 6th October).

"We need help moving some metal stair case sections away from behind the Hospitality Block to another part of the ground and the rear of the Hospitality Block needs painting" Becky explained.

"I appeal for anyone who may be able to spare time tomorrow or over the weekend to pop down from noon tomorrow or to get in touch so I can arrange a suitable time with them.

"I know it's short notice but we really do need people's help to get the work done in the time we've been given. I would be grateful for anyone who could spare us some time," she concluded.

Becky can be emailed on gbfccommunityproject@gmail.com
